Neoprene Rapid Build is water based and environmentally safe, providing an excellent textured coating that is flexible
and resists cracking, chipping and aging, with excellent freeze/thaw resistance.

Applications

Neoprene Rapid Build is a single component product that may be applied using a roller, squeegee or aggregate spray equipment. Neoprene Rapid Build is applied in thickness from 1.0 – 2.0mm.

Neoprene Rapid Build should be applied to a dry surface, free of dirt, debris, oil or grease and should not be applied when the ambient temperature is below 10 ºC, or if rain is expected within 24 hours of application. With joints or cracks in the surface a reinforcing fabric impregnated with Neoprene Rapid Build is recommended.

Neoprene Rapid Build is to be applied at a rate of 1.7L per 1m2 for 1mm of coverage. Curing time may vary depending on temperature and relative humidity. Neoprene Rapid Build cures in 24-48 hours at 20 ºC when applied at a dry film thickness of 1.0mm.

Limitations

Neoprene Rapid Build should not be applied when the ambient temperature is below 10 ºC. The uncured membrane may be damaged if frozen and should not be applied to wet or frozen surfaces or directly prior to rain. Please consult technical service with any questions.

Caution

Keep out of reach of children. Avoid storage below 5 ºC. Please consult the Safety Data Sheet before using Narm Rubber’s Neoprene Rapid Build.
Neoprene Rapid Build is mildly alkaline. When applying this product observe normal safety precautions, wear gloves, eye protection and other suitable protective equipment. For further information please consult the product SDS.

Heavy-duty textured waterproof sprayable & brushable coating for surface protection

Narm Rubber’s Neoprene – Rapid Build is a fluid applied polymer modified emulsion for improved traction in high traffic areas. Neoprene Rapid Build is recommended for use in a variety of harsh environments, chemically exposed areas, temperature variations and high traffic areas.
Neoprene Rapid Build when cured fully adheres to the substrate to which it is applied, providing a flexible long wearing surface. Neoprene Rapid Build is not affected by sunlight, water or occasional chemical spills. Neoprene Rapid Build is a single component, cold applied coating, applied alone or in conjunction with Bulk Build or Quick Set.

Neoprene Rapid Build is formulated for application by brush, roller, trowel or squeege. Applications include concrete repair, expansion joints, foundation sealing, plumbing applications, retaining walls, roof repair, sewage pump stations, water tank membranes, reservoirs, waste water storage, civil pipe joints, UV protection.
